The Position
:
1. Manage the front of house team for breakfast, lunch and dinner
2. Drive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for quality
3. Ensure all compliance with contract and service standards is maintained leading to smooth day to day operations
4. Drive exceptional customer service
5. Rostering and people management
The Person:
6. Previous experience in a leadership and people management role including rostering and budgets
7. HACCP Food handling experience
8. Strong awareness and Management of allergens in a food service environment.
9. Proven ability to leading and managing a team with great communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager.
