George Weston Foods (GWF) is one of the largest food manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand, employing around 6,000 people across 60 sites. GWF's product range includes leading brands of breads, baked goods, smallgoods, flour, milled products and animal feed. The business units include Tip Top, DON, Yumi's, MAURI and Jasol.
About the role
We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with our business leaders, hiring managers and the broader people and performance team to ensure quality candidates are identified, targeted and sourced into the recruitment pipeline in a timely and effective manner. This role focuses on delivering end‐to‐end recruitment, proactive talent pipelining and employment branding to attract values‐aligned candidates that support DON's growth and transformation strategy.
Responsibilities
* Proactively build and develop partnerships with business leaders to anticipate and meet their evolving talent needs.
* Build effective relationships with the People & Performance team and Hiring Managers.
* Business partner with leaders to source talent that aligns with the capabilities and culture of GWF/DON.
* End‐to‐end manage a selection of roles across Operations and Commercial functions.
* Develop and nurture future candidate pipelines.
* Identify and attract the right talent aligned with our values and behaviours that drive the business forward.
* Contribute to the company's growth strategy by developing organisational recruiting capability.
* Advocate for DON in the employee market and drive DON employment branding strategy.
* Adopt a continuous‐improvement mindset, streamline and improve Talent Acquisition processes to create an impactful candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Act as a valued contributor and member of the HR Systems Implementation team.

About you
* HR or related discipline qualification required.
* 5+ years of recruitment experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
* Clear understanding of end‐to‐end recruitment lifecycle processes.
* Experience mapping and sourcing candidate resumes from multiple sources.
* Ability to provide insight and identify a way forward when presented with issues.
* Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements.
