**The Opportunity**

You will be responsible for a team of administration officers who are performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks in support of an essential Australian Government department, including outbound calls.
Critical to success will be your ability to build and maintain positive and engaging team environment, that is safe, inclusive and values differences. We're looking for leaders who know the difference between management and leadership, and who can take ownership of their time to find the right balance between the two.

The centre operates from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available via opt-in process. Due to the sensitive nature of the work we do, the entire team works on site.
Across an average week, you could expect to:
- Plan and run best-practice coaching sessions with your team members
- Work with your Operations Manager on your longer-term plans to build engagement and create a strong team environment
- Participate in development activities to grow your understanding of business challenges, and how strong leadership can solve them
**Requirements**:
- Applicants will need to successfully complete relevant security clearances and psychometric profiling as part of pre-employment checks.
- Must hold Australian Citizenship
