NAIL ARTIST POSITION
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Nail Artist to join our warm and professional team.
Our salon specialises in non-toxic manicures and pedicures (no acrylic or SNS), gel application, and creative nail art.
We take pride in offering detailed, high-quality work and a relaxing experience for every client.
What We're Looking For
Experience in manicures, pedicures, gel application, and nail art
Strong skills in shaping, cuticle care, and achieving clean, flawless results
Creativity and consistency when working within set time frames
A friendly, professional approach to client communication
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in waxing, brows, or lashes is a bonus but not essential
A genuine passion for the beauty industry and ongoing learning

RECEPTIONIST / SALON COORDINATOR POSITION
We are looking for a vibrant, organised, and professional Receptionist/Salon Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, loves meeting and connecting with people, and takes pride in making every client feel welcome and cared for.
You'll also play an important role in keeping the salon running smoothly each day.
If you're confident, enjoy helping others, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd be thrilled to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities
Welcome clients and manage all phone and in-person enquiries
Manage bookings and keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Open and close the salon each day, ensuring the space is prepared and secured
Support the overall flow of daily salon operations
Perform general administrative duties
Provide a high level of customer service and help create a welcoming environment
Maintain a clean, organised, and polished salon environment
Assist with stock control and routine stock management
Communicate effectively with the team to support daily coordination
Support our social media presence by helping capture content
Bring fresh ideas for posts, stories, and promotional content that reflect our brand
Help with simple content creation, photos, and short videos when needed
Ideal Candidate Qualities
Experience in customer service or retail
Strong personal presentation
Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys chatting with clients
Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends
Comfortable helping with cleaning and sterilisation tasks
Available Tuesday to Saturday
Good time management and multitasking skills
Honest, motivated, and able to work independently when needed
Organised, tidy, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Positive, proactive, and able to suggest helpful improvements
Reliable and able to contribute to a supportive team environment
