Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are in demand. Under Kent Relocation Group, KRS is a coordinated service that delivers exemplary customer service. As a relatively new business unit to Kent, it has a strong team culture and a focus on training and development. Led by our General Manager and enabled by a system that ensures customer service is impeccable, this role can be based anywhere and has the flexibility to work from home the entire time.
Some of what you will be doing:
* Displaying a flare for customer service to support clients during the stressful process of relocating
* Liaise with suppliers and develop relationships to ensure the best client experience
* Acknowledge requests, respond to issues and handle escalations with a solution focused mindset
* Accurately and methodically entering client details in accordance with our IT platform
About you
About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience with client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role will come with a full induction and 2-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
