About the Role:
As a Clinical manager you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service within a beautiful regional location within the North West Coast of stunning Tasmania.
As the Clinical Manager, you will lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
You will ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred clinical care that meets individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and all regulatory requirements.
You will be a visible, hands-on leader who is confident in providing clinical support when required, guiding best practice and supporting your team through complex clinical needs.
With your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you will build trusted relationships with residents, families and external providers, ensuring transparency, collaboration and active involvement in care planning and lifestyle goals.
