Senior Sales Executive – Make Your Mark in a Growing Tech Company

Are you an experienced B2B deal closer ready for a new challenge? Want to lead sales in a fast-growing Healthcare tech business with strong momentum and real earning potential?

At Hitec Solutions, we’re on a mission to revolutionise ICT and security systems in aged care and healthcare across Australia. We’re not just selling tech — we’re delivering outcomes that save time, save money, reduce risk, and improve patient care.

We’re now hiring a Senior Sales Executive to lead growth in Victoria and beyond. This is your opportunity to own high-value client relationships, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build your own high-performance sales team .


What You’ll Be Doing

* Own and grow a multi-million dollar portfolio of clients in aged care, healthcare, and construction
* Close complex, high-value deals involving Nurse Call, Access Control, and Smart Communications
* Identify new verticals and opportunities — think hospital groups, developers, facility management firms
* Collaborate with our leadership team to refine value propositions and drive marketing impact
* Travel to meet clients and convert opportunities across metro and regional areas
* Report directly to the MD and contribute at a strategic level


Who You Are

* A seasoned B2B sales professional with 5+ years in ICT, healthcare tech, security, or communications
* Comfortable leading the entire sales process from lead to close
* A trusted advisor — you build lasting relationships with decision-makers
* Ambitious, strategic, and motivated by success (and commissions)
* CRM-savvy, pipeline-focused, and proactive in managing targets


What’s On Offer

* Uncapped commissions — OTE $180K–$250K+ achievable
* Flexible, high-autonomy role with direct access to leadership
* Clear path to Head of Sales or National Sales Director

* Driver’s license
* NDIS Clearance
