The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and a strong passion for leadership development. You will collaborate closely with the Store Leader and other team members to enhance sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality store conditions.
* Lead daily store operations
* Manage inventory and receiving processes
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
* Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
* Support sales performance and implement promotions
