The Role
We're looking for a driven SDR to spearhead our APAC expansion from Australia. You'll be the first sales team hire on the ground in a high-growth market, generating qualified pipeline for our compliance automation platform.
What You'll Do
Prospect and qualify leads across construction, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors in Australia and broader APAC. Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM. Collaborate closely with our Dubai-based leadership team to refine messaging and targeting for the Australian market.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales development experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software. Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote, early-stage environment. Familiarity with compliance, quality management, or operational software is a plus but not required.
