About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant to drive end-to-end payroll system implementations and deliver best-practice solutions for clients. This role requires hands-on expertise in payroll systems, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in complex, end-to-end payroll implementation and service delivery
- Deep knowledge of Payroll (essential), HR, Portal or Time Management systems
- Strong Australian payroll legislation and compliance knowledge (essential)
- Proven experience leading implementation projects from design to go-live
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, cross-functional teams, and vendors
- Experience with SAP ERP highly desirable
- Track record of delivering end to end payroll implementation in a complex workplace
