We value a balanced and supportive work environment and are looking for an experienced **Administration Manager** to join our team.
**About the Role**:
In this key position, you'll take full ownership of the administrative and compliance tasks within the business. As the sole administrator, you'll work independently while closely supporting the Finance Manager and Director. Your responsibilities will range from day to day admin tasks and supporting staff needs, to ensuring that safety and quality processes are being followed, and documentation is maintained to a high standard.
You'll be the go to person for everything from payroll data and onboarding to maintaining compliance registers and ensuring our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems are up to date. This is a varied and dynamic role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative in running the department and making the role their own.
**Responsibilities**:
- Day to day administrative duties
- Reception Duties
- Maintain a clean and organised office space.
- Monitor staff timesheet systems and ensure payroll data is accurate.
- Process Bills and Purchase Orders
- Oversee onboarding and inductions for new staff
- Maintain Compliance documentation and registers
- Ensure the IMS is applied in the workplace, and procedures are followed for all Quality (ISO 9001) and Safety (ISO 45001) requirements
- Coordinate with contractors when needed
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or management role preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and internal processes (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 knowledge preferred)
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have experience with Xero, Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
