Associate Designer
to join our design team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
As an Associate Designer, you'll lead
corporate workplace design projects from concept to completion
, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams. You'll bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to transform spaces that reflect each client's unique vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and refresh workplace environments for global clients, delivering
high-quality, innovative designs
.
* Collaborate with clients, business development, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
* Oversee projects from concept to completion, managing
budgets, timelines, and deliverables
.
* Mentor and guide junior designers to support career growth and team development.
* Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape) for smooth project execution.
* Produce technical drawings, documentation, and material specifications with attention to detail.
* Conduct site visits, manage RFIs, and support construction administration.
* Contribute fresh ideas to enhance design standards and support
inclusive, creative workplaces

About You
* 10–12+ years' experience in
interior design or architecture
, with a focus on
corporate interiors
.
* Strong
leadership skills
: experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
* Advanced proficiency in
Revit
; additional design software is a plus.
* Expertise in technical drawings, FF&E, detailing, and construction processes.
* Experience working with diverse clients across industries (law, finance, entertainment, marketing, etc.).
* Skilled in
budget management, timelines, proposals, and client engagement
.
* Knowledgeable about
building codes, sustainability practices, and workplace trends
.
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (AIA, NCIDQ, LEED certifications are a bonus).
