About the Role

As an Associate Designer, you'll lead corporate workplace design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and cross‑functional teams. You'll bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to transform spaces that reflect each client's unique vision.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and refresh workplace environments for global clients, delivering high‑quality, innovative designs.
* Collaborate with clients, business development, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
* Oversee projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
* Mentor and guide junior designers to support career growth and team development.
* Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape) for smooth project execution.
* Produce technical drawings, documentation, and material specifications with attention to detail.
* Conduct site visits, manage RFIs, and support construction administration.
* Contribute fresh ideas to enhance design standards and support inclusive, creative workplaces.

About You

* 10–12+ years' experience in interior design or architecture, with a focus on corporate interiors.
* Strong leadership skills: experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit; additional design software is a plus.
* Expertise in technical drawings, FF&E, detailing, and construction processes.
* Experience working with diverse clients across industries (law, finance, entertainment, marketing, etc.).
* Skilled in budget management, timelines, proposals, and client engagement.
* Knowledgeable about building codes, sustainability practices, and workplace trends.
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (AIA, NCIDQ, LEED certifications are a bonus).

What We Offer

* Competitive salary and benefits, including pension, paid leave, and global travel opportunities.
* A people‑first, collaborative culture that values career growth and wellbeing.
* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
* Opportunities to work on world‑class workplace design projects for global brands.
