Joinery Supplies Tasmania is seeking a dynamic and proactive on the road Sales & Specification Representative to champion our premium decorative panels, benchtops, laminates, and joinery products. You’ll work directly with joiners, builders, architects, designers and developers—helping them bring their projects to life.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with joiners, builders, architects, designers and developers
- Drive Joinery Supplies Sales
- Promote our products as the preferred choice through storytelling and technical expertise.
- Manage and grow our current client base.
- Develop a sales oriented customer pipeline via the company CRM.
- Conduct regular client visits and ensure displays are visually outstanding and up to date.
- Travel across Hobart, with regular visits to Launceston, to engage with clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven sales or BDM experience in decorative surfaces, interior design, joinery, or building materials.
- Robust communication skills and a natural ability to connect and influence.
- A flair for colour, design, and trend awareness.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Experience in business-to-business sales or within the joinery industry will be highly regarded.
