About the Role
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead culturally safe, specialist family violence legal services across a designated region. You can be based at any of the following locations above with relation support offered.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure high-quality legal practice, and maintain a small caseload of complex matters. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and strategic contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage legal teams across multiple sites
* Supervise and mentor lawyers and support staff
* Maintain a small caseload of complex legal matters

What You'll Bring
* Qualified legal practitioner (or eligible) with unrestricted Victorian Practising Certificate
* Minimum 3 years experience in family law, family violence, child protection, or victims of crime assistance
* Strong leadership experience managing legal or multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to work with vulnerable clients and manage complex needs
* Experience in community or not-for-profit legal sector
* Policy, advocacy, or law reform experience
* Knowledge of culturally safe practice frameworks
