You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, and ensure successful project delivery.
Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne / Canberra - Ngambri / Meanjin – Brisbane / Warrang – Sydney.

Please speak with us about potential options.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needsUse knowledge and implementation experience to shape services to meet client needsManage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisationsDevelop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverablesImplement and configure SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding to meet client requirements and business processesConduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendationsDevelop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooksCollaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systemsProvide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex Talent and Hire-to-Retire processes, with a focus on Recruiting and OnboardingProvide guidance on deployment approach and planningManage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful deliveryStay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvementsSkills and qualificationsAustralian Citizenship is required; Baseline Clearance is a bonusDegree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information SystemsExperience with HR/Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and designCertification in SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding (2.0) and Employee Central at minimumCompletion of at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors REC/ONB implementationsUnderstanding of HR Technology business challenges and how to improve people and business experienceExperience in Australian HR Transformation projects to enhance functionality and performanceIdeally, also have these skills, but not required: experience in diverse project teams, consulting experience, stakeholder management, and ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels.What we offer youCareer development: Shape your career with future-focused skills and world-class experiencesFlexible work arrangements to balance skilled and personal lifeComprehensive benefits package, including wellness incentives, extended flex leave, and gender-neutral parental leaveSalary: Competitive and open to negotiation based on skills and experienceAcknowledgement of CountryEY acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which EY offices are located around Australia.
