VHCC is seeking a qualified and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our organisation on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional HR advice and support to management and employees across the organisation
• Interpret and apply employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and HR policies
• Manage end-to-end employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
• Advise on remuneration, employee benefits, and workplace compliance matters
• Assist with training and development initiatives and performance review processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management
• Support workplace health and safety and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Skills and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time experience in a Human Resources advisory role
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide sound professional judgement and confidential advice
• Experience working in a regulated or complex workplace environment is desirable
Salary:
AUD 78,000 – AUD 88,000 per annum plus superannuation.
