Automall Osborne Park are seeking a reliable and hands-on Accessories Fitter to join our busy Pre Delivery team.
Based in our Ford Pre Delivery Centre in Wangara, this full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality finishes, and wants to be part of a dealership environment that values teamwork and attention to detail.
As part of the workshop team, you play a vital role in preparing vehicles for delivery by fitting accessories to a high standard. How you work, check, and complete each fitment directly impacts vehicle presentation and guest satisfaction. This role suits someone who is safety-focused, detail-driven, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
What you will be doing:
• Fit accessories to vehicles including tow bars, roof racks, trays, bull bars, and electronic components
• Carry out pre-delivery accessory installations to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and within required timeframes
• Diagnose and rectify fitment issues where required
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
• Work closely with the service and sales teams to meet delivery schedules

Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience fitting vehicle accessories or working in an automotive workshop environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow fitment instructions and safety procedures
• Organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once
• Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
