Accounts Receivable Officer

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who thrives on accuracy, problem-solving, and building strong relationships. This role is all about keeping the financial wheels turning smoothly while supporting both our customers and branches.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage the accounts receivable ledger and allocate payments accurately
* Consult with branches to assist with overdue accounts and debtor management
* Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and process credits/journals
* Monitor and escalate debt risks while maintaining audit trails
* Evaluate credit applications, set limits, and mitigate risk
* Negotiate payment plans and issue monthly statements and reminders
* Provide training to branch administrators on account setup and debt management
* Support banking officer and assist with general admin tasks
Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced – Minimum 3 years in full-cycle accounts receivable
* Tech-Savvy – Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel preferred
* Proactive & Organised – Able to lead processes and manage priorities
* Customer-Focused – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Collaborative – Works well across branches and teams
