Key Responsibilities
* Financial Strategy & Advisory: Collaborate closely with operations leadership and regional management to provide strategic financial insights, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance transparency across multiple branches.
* Business Performance Review: Prepare and present in-depth financial performance reviews to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and risks to inform decision-making.
* Sales Forecast & Demand Planning: Align financial forecasts with operational strategies to support sales and inventory planning for budget and quarterly forecasts.
* Operational Cost Management & Efficiency: Drive cost ownership and accountability across operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
* Investment & Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive financial models to support investment proposals and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong financial justification for capital expenditures.
* Data Quality & Process Improvement: Improve financial data accuracy and reporting transparency by driving automation initiatives using business intelligence tools.
* Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence, supporting change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Education: Advanced degree in Finance, Controlling, or Management.
* Experience: Proven working experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Controller, Operations Controller, or Country Controller in a multi-country or location environment.
* Skills: Good knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and business finance processes; experience with SAP (FI/CO) and building financial management systems/procedures.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close process, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, technical proficiency, effective problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, proactive mentality, high commitment, resilience, temporal flexibility, and open-mindedness.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office based in our Kenilworth, NJ location. Travel requirements are approximately 10-20% domestic and international.
