Offer description

We're looking for a Principal Consultant to join our growing e‐invoicing practice in a high‐impact role that blends hands‐on delivery, technical leadership, and pre‐sales solutioning.

You'll lead end‐to‐end implementation delivery for some of our most complex and strategic customers, from discovery through go‐live and hyper‐care, while also providing technical oversight and quality leadership across the wider delivery team. In parallel, you'll partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to shape solutions, define scope, support proposals, and help win new business.

This is more than a delivery role — it's an opportunity to become a trusted expert at the centre of customer success, delivery excellence, and commercial growth.

About The Role

* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of customer and large‐scale e‐invoicing implementations from discovery and scoping through go‐live and hyper‐care, ensuring successful execution across business, technical, and compliance requirements.
* Drive customer discovery and solution design by analysing business flows, transaction and document types, ERP landscapes, and O2C/P2P processes, and translate country‐specific e‐invoicing mandates into clear business and technical requirements.
* Own technical architecture and platform design, defining integration approaches, data flows, connectivity patterns, validation logic, error handling, monitoring, and best‐practice configuration decisions aligned to customer needs.
* Lead integration planning and technical coordination with customer IT teams, covering interfaces, data formats, mapping logic, upstream dependencies, environment readiness, security requirements, and onboarding prerequisites across DEV, TEST, and PROD.
* Provide technical leadership across delivery projects by reviewing and validating key implementation deliverables, serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and driving high‐quality, consistent delivery standards across multiple parallel engagements.
* Build team capability and reusable delivery assets by mentoring consultants, promoting best practices, and contributing tools such as discovery checklists, integration reference architectures, configuration playbooks, and lessons‐learned documentation.
* Support strategic pre‐sales and commercial solutioning by partnering with Sales on discovery, technical qualification, solution architecture, effort estimation, SOW development, RFP/RFI responses, and governance activities to ensure strong handoff and delivery readiness.

About You

* Strong hands‐on experience delivering ERP implementation and integration projects in B2B enterprise environments, with SAP or Oracle experience strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to independently lead complex, multi‐workstream, multi‐country implementation programs from discovery through go‐live.
* Deep expertise in integrating ERP systems with external platforms, including end‐to‐end integration design, delivery oversight, and troubleshooting at scale.
* Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes and how they map to invoicing and compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
* Solid knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, patterns, and connectivity methods, including APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, web services, and middleware.
* Familiarity with key enterprise data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI, with the ability to apply them in integration delivery contexts.
* Demonstrated strength in pre‐sales solutioning, stakeholder communication, and independent delivery leadership, including scoping, estimating, SOW authoring, producing customer‐facing deliverables, and driving alignment across complex environments.

Additional Preferred Qualifications Include

* Prior experience in e‐invoicing, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, or other compliance‐driven integration programs.
* Deep ERP functional or technical consulting background, ideally in SAP (FI/SD/MM) or Oracle (Financials/SCM).
* Experience in solution consulting or pre‐sales engineering, including commercial scoping, pricing support, and deal cycle participation.
* Proven ability to draft or co‐author Statements of Work (SOWs) and lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
* Strong understanding of international tax processes, multi‐country e‐invoicing mandates, and delivery within global enterprise, multi‐ERP environments.

What's in it For You?

* Hybrid Work Model: Flexible hybrid working environment (2‐3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for office‐based positions, with digital and physical connectivity.
* Flexibility & Work‐Life Balance: Custom workplace policies to support personal and professional responsibilities, work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year, and a flexible work‐arrangement framework.
* Career Development and Growth: Continuous learning and skill development through a growth‐first approach, tools, and support to lead and thrive in an AI‐enabled future.
* Industry Competitive Benefits: Flexible vacation, two company‐wide Mental Health Days off, access to the Headspace app, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs, and resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
* Culture: A recognized reputation for inclusion, belonging, flexibility, work‐life balance, and values focused on customer obsession, competitive spirit, challenging thinking, rapid learning, and collaboration.
* Social Impact: Opportunities for paid volunteer days, pro‐bono consulting projects, and ESG initiatives.
* Real‐World Impact: Supporting customers to pursue justice, transparency, and trustworthy information worldwide.
