Key Role
We are seeking a permanent full-time Sketch Designer to join our team at Blueprint Homes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years residential drafting experience and exposure to design.
The Job Brief:
* Producing high-quality Archicad sketches for Senior Design Consultants by following their specifications.
* Liaising with internal departments and external parties to overcome design and construction challenges.
* Providing expert advice and guidance to Senior Design Consultants on design issues or suggestions on how to improve design.
* Designing premium display home product lines.
About You:
* A suitable candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and Technology.
* Strong skills in Archicad software.
* A minimum of 3 years Perth based experience in residential drafting with a project home builder is required.
* High level of construction knowledge with a thorough understanding of R-Codes and NCC requirements.
* Creative flair with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines when required.
* Solid communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Positive and friendly demeanor.
* Strong team player with a solid work ethic.
