We're seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our Radiology team at Our Medical Morayfield.
We operate 15 contemporary medical centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Our medical centres offer general practice, radiology, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists – all under one roof.
Join our growing team at Our Medical Radiology, Morayfield, where we provide high-quality imaging services in a welcoming and supportive environment. We're looking for a motivated and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers.
About the role
As a Radiology Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
* Greeting and assisting patients in a professional, caring manner
* Managing bookings and patient registrations
* Handling phone and front-desk enquiries
* Processing billing and Medicare claims
* Supporting radiographers, sonographers, and radiologists with administrative needs
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in a medical or radiology reception role (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A team-focused attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
* Computer literacy and confidence with medical software systems
