Your new role
As the Systems Accountant, you'll take charge of SAP Finance modules and lead initiatives that enhance system performance, accuracy, and compliance. You'll manage a responsive team, act as the key liaison between Finance and IT, and deliver projects that shape the future of financial operations.
This role can be either for
6-months non-ongoing, with a view to going perm, or as an S26 transfer.Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering and optimising SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
* Driving automation and integration projects for efficiency gains.
* Ensuring data integrity and delivering accurate reporting and reconciliations.
* Leading SAP upgrades, new module implementations, and system integrations.
* Providing training and support to finance users and maintaining process documentation.
* This is a role where your technical expertise and leadership will make a tangible impact on financial systems and service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CA preferred.
* 3-5 years' experience with SAP Finance modules and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Proven ability to manage projects and mentor a small team.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain) however NV1/NV2 preferred.
