Our client is a premier boutique legal firm with offices in Sydney and the Upper Hunter Valley.
They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a successful track record supporting at an executive level.
The Executive Assistant role will work from the beautifully appointed Balmain office with positive transport options and parking close by.
The role calls for a highly organised individual with a mature approach and sophisticated judgement in assessing the importance of matters and the confidence to action without consultation.
Reporting into two Principal's you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated track record of successfully working at executive level.
Highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
Ability to think ahead and independently make decisions that contribute to seamless processes and situations.
Superior verbal and written communications
Sound judgment, ability to exercise initiative, tact and diplomacy.
Thrive on building positive key relationships internally and externally.
Have a positive work ethic and act as an ambassador of the firm and model our values of Respect, Balance and Innovation.
