Sirv is hiring a Disability and Psychosocial Support Worker to join our team in Coniston, New South Wales, Australia. We are looking for positive, energetic individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of clients and have experience dealing with complex backgrounds and providing quality care.
At Sirv, we focus on our clients' needs and our Support Specialists' needs. You can manage your own profile, update qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and pay slips using our mobile app and staff portal.

Responsibilities
* Have experience working as a disability support worker and be looking for a role with a down-to-earth, forward-thinking, and inclusive provider with a good culture.
* Support a family member or friend with a disability or mental health diagnosis.
* Be caring and compassionate with a heart for advocating for vulnerable people and ensuring their voices are heard.
* Preference given to applicants who can speak/understand Arabic.

What we require from you
* Availability to work across multiple shifts, including weekdays; set rosters may be available for the right candidates to help maintain a good work/life balance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Updated Police Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Driver's license, reliable transport, and comprehensive insurance
* Valid rights to work in Australia (e.g., passport, birth certificate)
* Manual Handling and Hoist Training would be desirable
