Oaks Perth Hotel are currently looking for a dynamic and professional leader to join our Oak and Vine Restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor on a part time basis.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bar and conferences at the hotel.
- Develop and maintaining a solid understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
- Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
- Supervise, train and assist your team of Food and Beverage Attendants.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous operational experience managing a Food and Beverage team
- Experience in Rostering, Wage Costs and Budgeting
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Current RSA certification and food handling certificate
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, Monday - Sunday
