Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that sells a number of properties a year across Operating out of refreshing, modern offices in a prime location in Sydney's East. This is a well-respected, high-performing agency known for its strong client relationships and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Sales team, working in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator who will manage all marketing elements for property listings.
* Prepare Appraisal Packs, Quotes and Calendars
* Create OFI packs, collecting rates, rental estimates and reports
* Maintain records and files for each property listing
* Ad-hoc administrative support to the Sales team, i.e. assisting with exchanges, preparation and printing of documents
* Auction preparation, including rostered Thursday evening Auction schedule from 6pm at the office
* Maintain positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members
* Deliver a high level of service and support to the Sales team, with great attention to detail and ability to execute all tasks within their deadlines

The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
* A positive, solutions-focused attitude
* Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise
* Experience with Vault RE, Brand Central, Campaign track, Canva, PDF Editor or similar systems
* Real Estate Certificate or Licence preferred but not require
