We are seeking a skilled Land Sales Specialist to join our land development team in Huntley, within the Illawarra region.
About the Role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
* Cultivate exceptional customer service and community building skills.
* Develop effective negotiation techniques to achieve sales targets.
* Maintain accuracy and efficiency when managing competing priorities.
* Utilize CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM) to drive business growth.
Key Requirements
* Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends, with flexibility for varied shifts.
* Possess intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
* Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM.
