What You'll Be Doing
* Leading orientation for new staff and supporting student placements
* Delivering and coordinating training such as Basic Life Support, Aseptic Technique, and Donning & Doffing
* Mentoring staff to meet professional goals and maintain mandatory education compliance
* Partnering with experienced educators, Nurse Unit Managers, and Health Service Managers to drive a culture of excellence
