A Day in the Life No two days are the same! As a Support Worker, you will be a vital part of our clients' daily lives by: Supporting clients with personal care and daily living skills. Getting out into the Broken Hill community; planning and attending social activities, hobbies, and appointments. Helping clients build independence and develop new skills. Completing daily case notes, incident reports, and administrative tasks. What you need to bring: We value life experience and a caring attitude just as much as formal qualifications. To be successful, you will need: A current NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to drive. A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC). A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC). Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepover shifts).
