We are currently seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Administration Coordinator. This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support primarily to the Principal and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing, preparing, and distributing emails and day-to-day correspondence, including client communications
* Answering incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance, entering work orders and organising tradespeople through to job completion
* Diary management, including organising meetings, inspections, and client appointments
* Database management and report generation
* General office administration and coordination duties
About You
You are confident, capable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You are well-organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in office administration (real estate experience highly regarded)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities confidently
* Excellent computer skills
* A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
* Professional presentation and grooming standards
