LS Disability Support Worker Job Description
This role involves working with customers who require support with daily living tasks and activities. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to help our customers achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Mentoring and skill development – guiding customers to explore and develop their personal interests/hobbies.
* Coaching independent living skills such as cooking, domestic and social skills.
