Team Leader Job Description
The Team Leader will oversee the timber processing team, steering daily operations and inspiring crew members to achieve outstanding results.
* Take charge of the pipeline and workflow from start to finish, planning for all project stages and ensuring materials are ready.
* Review architectural plans, shop drawings, and technical documents with attention to detail.
* Operate advanced equipment such as wide belt sanders, thicknessers, surfacers, panel saws, and routers to craft intricate timber joinery pieces.
* Master schedules to keep projects on track and deliver seamless results for every milestone and client brief.
This role requires proven leadership experience, trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Shopfitting, Joinery, or Furniture Making, and hands-on experience with CNC machinery, panel saws, and edge banding equipment.
