We have a new position for an experienced and diligent Accounts Assistant. Your role will be to support the Finance Manager in all aspects of accounts & bookkeeping. The successful applicant must be experienced in all aspects of accounts at a mid level. We are currently using Microsoft Business Central and training on the software will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
* Accounts Receivable
* Accounts Payable
* Reconciliations
* HR duties - new employee onboarding
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Self motivated
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Relevant AP & AR experience
* Excellent communication skills
Please note this is not a WFH position, applicant must be able to work part time in our Canningvale branch. The initial job role will be for 30 hours but hours may be negotiable for the right applicant. Opportunity to increase to fulltime in the future.
