About the Role:
We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and detail-focused Customer Service Representative to join their thriving team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role sitting at the heart of both the customer service and admin functions. You'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly supporting major client accounts, managing quotes and orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of valued clients, building strong ongoing relationships
* Provide administrative and processing support across Sales and Customer Service teams
* Manage quote, proof, and order requests with a high level of accuracy
* Maintain up-to-date records, including customer requests, job files, and order tracking
* Coordinate with internal departments to meet key deadlines and client expectations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar support role
* Experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments highly regarded
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning internal systems
* Customer-focused, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
