Site Manager – Operations (Newcastle Site)

With a strong reputation in the foodservice industry and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead our Newcastle site.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage site operations in line with company objectives.
* Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams to achieve short- and long-term targets.
* Maintain and enhance customer service standards across all areas of the site.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
* Protect company premises, assets, and stock through effective security and control measures.
* Monitor performance, implement improvements, and report progress to senior leadership.
* Act as the senior leader on-site, representing JJ Food Service values at all times.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, people-focused leader with a strong operational background. The ideal candidate will bring:

* Proven experience in site, branch, or operations management (preferably in foodservice, wholesale, or logistics).
* A track record of leading and developing large, multi-department teams.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term strategic goals.
* Commercial awareness and focus on driving efficiency and profitability.
