This is a great opportunity for an emerging designer who wants variety, room to grow, and the chance to contribute to work that feels thoughtful, useful and genuinely creative.
As Junior Graphic Designer, you'll support the design and delivery of campaigns, projects and new business opportunities, working closely with creative, strategy, content, PR, client service and production teams.
You'll help bring ideas to life visually across print, digital, social, presentations, campaign materials and brand assets. You'll also support pitches, tenders and marketing work as we continue to grow Think HQ's presence in NSW.
In this role, you'll:
* Support the design and rollout of campaign and project assets across print, digital, social and presentation formats.
* Help develop layouts, concepts, mock-ups and prototypes for internal and client review.
* Create clear, polished and audience-centred design work that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
* Work across typography, layout, image selection, illustration, basic motion and other visual design elements.
* Prepare finished artwork and production-ready files to a high standard.
* Contribute to pitches, tender responses and client presentations.
* Collaborate with teams across Sydney and Melbourne to deliver thoughtful, practical and effective creative work.
* Bring curiosity, care and good energy to the creative process.
About you:
We're looking for someone with around 2+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or studio environment.
You'll be comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Figma, motion, video or animation would be a bonus, but not essential.
You'll have a good eye for typography, layout and composition, and some experience working across brand identity, campaign or marketing materials. You'll be organised, open to feedback, and able to deliver quality work across multiple deadlines.
Most importantly, you'll be a thoughtful, collaborative designer who wants to keep learning, contribute to a strong creative culture, and work on projects with purpose.
Skills required include:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Adeptness with leading design software packages
* Some creative industry experience
* The ability to meet deadlines
* The ability to see projects through from inception to production
* Consistency regardless of project size
* Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
* The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
Think HQ values inclusion and diversity. We welcome and actively encourage applications from people of all ages, abilities, and cultures, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQA+ people, people from our multicultural communities, or who speak a language other than English, people with disabilities, older Australians and parents returning to the workforce.
