Fern Bay Motel is a busy 4 star property located in Fern Bay (near Stockton),
Also our sister property Merewether Motel is located 15 mins from Fern Bay.
We are looking for a casual and full time front of house receptionist who can primarily work at our Fern Bay property and also be willing to work at the Merewether property when needed.
We require someone who is a great communicator, has an outgoing and friendly personality, who is punctual and reliable.
This position will consist of approx. 15-20 hours per week or can be full time please discuss the hours you are seeking.
We operate on a 7 day week roster, a range of shifts are available.
Responsibilities
* Checking guests in and out
* Answering the phone, taking reservations, and answering emails
* Reconciling daily transactions, preparing tax invoices etc.
* Managing accounts
* Delivering and collecting room service
* Cooking breakfasts
* General cleaning and assisting housekeepers when required
* Any other duties that may be required to keep the motel clean & tidy
Prior motel experience is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
