Instrumentation Electrician Job Description
The Instrumentation Electrician will play a key role in ensuring the electrical safety and reliability of operations at our mill. This involves maintaining equipment and systems to the highest standards, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing, calibrating and maintaining critical electrical systems
* Inspecting and upgrading systems to maintain optimal performance
* Managing departmental plans, databases and documentation for seamless operations
* Commissioning and fine-tuning electrical systems for peak performance
* Mastering complex control systems, including fault finding and repair
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a current Queensland Electrical Work Licence and post-trade experience in heavy industry electrical and/or instrumentation work. Current CPR and LVR certifications are also required.
