Field Technician Responsibilities

As a Field Technician, you'll report to the Technical Services Manager and play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services.
Service, maintain and install gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
Prioritise and manage schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
Keep accurate records to ensure compliance with industry standards
Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery
Qualifications & Experience

Experienced in working with or learning electronic equipment through work or hobbies
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication
Strong integrity, respect, and a proactive can-do attitude
Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings
Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications
