The Role
* Provide patient-centric clinical care and support services for residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
* Participate in a collaborative team environment with strong clinical and allied health support.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with a proven track record of delivering quality patient care.
* Relevant qualifications and current AHPRA registration.
* A valid Australian work visa and ability to pass a police check.
* NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
