We're looking for a reliable, hard-working operator to join a growing grounds maintenance business.
This is not just a mowing job – we're building a structured, high-performance operation and want someone who takes pride in their work, thinks on their feet, and wants to improve.
What you'll be doing:
- Lawn mowing, edging, general yard maintenance
- Hedge trimming and garden clean-ups
- Green waste removal and property tidy-ups
- Working across residential and some larger jobs
What we're looking for:
- Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)
- Can work efficiently without constant supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit (outdoor work)
- Driver's licence preferred (or working toward it)
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in mowing/landscaping
- Problem-solving ability on the job
- Keen to step up into a crew leader role over time
