We are urgently hiring for the position of
HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
* Compile and update employee records in both hard and soft copy formats.
* Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
* Coordinate HR projects, such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, and take minutes.
* Address employee requests regarding HR issues, policies, and regulations.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing data on absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.
Requirements:
* Qualification: BBA (Hons) in HR or equivalent.
* Less than 1 year of proven experience as an HR Assistant.
* Fast computer typing skills, particularly in MS Office.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS software.
* Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
* Basic knowledge of labor laws.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
