In this position, you will be an integral part of the Investigations Team, assessing formal reports of harmful or concerning behaviour and ensuring consistent, transparent outcomes. You will apply principles of procedural fairness and impartial decision-making while supporting students and the wider university community in addressing behavioural challenges.

Position Requirements
* A degree with at least four years' subsequent relevant experience (in public law, conflict resolution, investigations, or a related field); or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Sound knowledge of student conduct management frameworks, particularly relating to behavioural risk, psychological wellbeing and safety.
* Strong understanding of principles of procedural fairness, natural justice, and confidentiality, especially in an investigative or regulatory context.
* Proven experience conducting investigations into complex, high-risk, or sensitive behavioural matters in an education, legal, mental health, or regulatory setting.
