About the Role
In this role you'll be supporting our People Experience team with queries relating to people systems and technology, and you'll be managing projects to drive continuous improvements and other initiatives that will improve our employee experience. This will include exploring AI use cases and new technologies.
Other responsibilities include managing data and analysis, partnering with the business to ensure they have the best reporting available. You'll also help the business to work through any pain points and challenges, connecting with our Workday technology team to implement changes. It's important that you are up to date on relevant HR legislation, ensuring we are compliant and that our systems are able to process and capture relevant information.
The position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
About you
* Previous experience with people systems, HRIS – workday experience is preferred.
* Project and change management experience as you will lead and contribute to a variety of initiatives in this role
* Experience in HR compliance such as award interpretation, time and attendance and/or injury management
* Advanced excel skills
* Strong communication and influencing skills, along with an inquisitive nature and problem solving skills.
