About the Role:
If you are looking for your next career move, Pacific Concepts brands have a range of opportunities for a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team.
Previous experience in a management role
A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey
Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends

Key responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of current team members in line with brand values
Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture

Contract Type:Permanent/ Full Time
A minimum annual guaranteed earning of $63,000 - $65,000 paid hourly according to Restaurant Industry Award 2020 or Hospitality Industry General Award 2020, qualification and experience.
