About the Role
We're looking for a HR Graduate to partner with our branches and support our people across the business. You will provide proactive and hands-on HR support, advice and coordination across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy implementation. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the vision and objectives of United Rentals.
Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment and onboarding processes
* Provide hands-on support and advice on performance management, employee relations, and compliance
* Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes
* Champion people initiatives such as employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing
* Facilitate and improve onboarding and induction programs
* Support policy development and training programs
* Interpret and advise on employment legislation and company policies
* Coordinate performance management and employee lifecycle documentation
* Assist in change management, succession planning and organisational development initiatives
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent business degree
Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years' work experience gained in customer service and/or relevant business environment
* Strong communication, consultation, and conflict resolution skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems
