Role Description
4-8 hours per week, entirely telehealth. The Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions while providing counseling services to individuals impacted by workplace injuries. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, collaborating with medical teams, and offering guidance to improve mental health outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
* Experience in Counseling and supporting Mental Health well-being
* Basic understanding of Medicine and its intersection with mental health
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Registration as a psychologist with the relevant professional authority
* Knowledge of workplace injury management and rehabilitation is an advantage
* Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
