Key Responsibilities
Provide high level executive and administrative support to designatedcommittees
Provide ongoingadministration support, including diary management,preparing agendas, coordinating meetings and appointmentswith internal and external parties, assisting with andpreparing reports, presentations, minute taking andaccurate record keeping.
Provide highquality correspondence, through numerous methods, tovarious key stakeholders.
Deliver onadministrative tasks, including utilising systems andsoftware associated with document management,correspondence, travel, expense claims, and reconciliationof corporate credit card statements.
Provide generaladministration tasks including filing, archiving, mailmerging and mail-outs.
Workcollaboratively with other positions acrossRAAFA.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Prior demonstrableexperience in an Executive Support Assistant position isdesirable.
A passion for theNon-for-Profit sector and helping others.
A methodicalapproach to process management with a strong attention todetail and accuracy.
Excellentorganisational and time managementskills.
Advancedproficiency using Microsoft Officeapplications
Excellent writtenand verbal communication and interpersonal skills thatdelivers effective teamwork and establishes successfulworking relationships for both internal and externalstakeholders.
Demonstrableexperience of working in a fast-paced environment and on avaried range of activities.
Stronginterpersonal skills and a good sense of humour goes a longway at RAAFA
