ABUT THE ROLE
Lead and deliver the end-to-end finances of KGF Lance Creek. The role is critical in closing end of month accounts, preparation and delivery of Daily and Weekly P&L results, and supporting the operations team with accurate and timely reporting of factory costs and performance.
Location: Lance Creek, Victoria
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES
Becoming part of the KGF Group, at our Lance Creek Facility, you will:
* Be leading and contributing to the delivery of business and financial objectives through proactive involvement in day-to-day operations.
* Effectively partner to shape operational business decisions and strategy development.
* Partner with the Head of Operations and other functions to help drive labour and operational efficiencies through the factory via performance analysis and cost controls.
* Provide Materials and Operational cost forecasts into the monthly forecast and annual budget processes.
* Partner in the delivery of month end with a focus on operational performance.
* Support financial analysis in the delivery and reporting of continuous improvement initiatives to drive margin improvement.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You will bring with you:
* Effective communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
* Ability to distil complex financial information into actionable insights.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively at the site and wider business.
* Financial analysis and modelling skills.
Qualifications/Experience
* CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent).
* 5+ years' experience as a Site Finance Lead / Management Accountant.
* Manufacturing experience preferred.
* AX/D365 ERP experience preferre.d
* Power BI experience preferred.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
